A quick ? about how you found snus.

I read about snus on schizophrenia.com. Here's a link to the article:

So, yeah. I'm a schizo hooked on smokes. 90% of us are which is extremely alarming.

So, I found Northerner through the article. I was too impatient with snus and thought it would replace smoking instantly.

But, now I realize that the transition takes time. I love the stuff. Hooked on Nick and Johnny's Black right now.

The first time I saw snus was the first time I was in a supermarket. I was two weeks at the time I've seen it every day since.

A friend of mine who I met at work told me about it a few years ago. I thought he was saying there was no tobacco in the pouches, just herbs with nicotine. I was confusing his rendering of tobacco free snus and regular snus. Naturally I didn't really believe him so I went on Northerner (he mentioned the site too) and ordered their sampler box. Good call. Quitting smoking was no trouble at all, especially with how fun and cheap it was to try all of the flavors. These days I buy cigarettes sometimes, unfortunately. Anyway after I started I noticed the Camel crap in gas stations and stores, but I've never heard or read a compelling reason to try any American snus, and I intend to keep it that way.

Edit: Unless some great American product comes out and you all tell me how good it is, but I don't see that happening.
