That sucks, I liked Fredrick. He wasn't afraid to tell you when you were being a whiney bitch, even when he's functioning in the capacity of a customer service rep lol. You'll be missed Fred!

Of course, I am sure that wherever he finds employment he will continue to provide the absolute highest quality customer service. Fredrik had a few tight situations thrown into his lap, and I think as a PR rep he is perfect for the job. Not a "smiling yes-man", more of a real person, which is what real people like.
