Please ask Frank, Mikael and Rob to add Gellivare or a really good plain los to the line up to replace Gotlands. Also, I promise not to whine too much if they raise the price of the monthly club to say around $35.00 if that would help things.

I can't speak for others but for me it was a matter of selection and not price. In my own opinion, the only decent snus on the list was Gotlands Original Los which I like a lot but it is not a daily snus for me. Now, it is about $50.00 to get a roll of snus from Northerner with the shipping and taxes. If they had something I would like to use everyday $35 would still be a bargain. The other thing to consider is that an awful lot of us stocked up before PACT and it will take time for many of us to deplete our current reserves enough where we will need to get snus on a regular basis. I am sitting on about 8 rolls in my freezer now. If there is something really good on the menu though I would not mind stocking up.

Also, the VIP club is kind of like an ex girlfriend. You really don't miss it until it is gone and you are left with your hand.

I really hope Northerner sort themselves out soon, I'm missing Fredrik's customer service already.

I set up a VIP recurring a couple of days before they pulled the program. I was told it had been processed and the snus had been shipped, but 2 weeks on, nothing has arrived. I got no response from Team SnusOn and no response to an email sent directly to Northerner's support email. I've now raised a support ticket to ask for either a refund or bonus points to the value of the payment they received, so hopefully that might get looked at.
