People wii notice if you used snus (snus smell to others?)

i know someone who uses snus at work and they work with kids and come in contact with parents constantly every single day. not one person has ever known about it. this person keeps a little candy or gum in case someone notices they are "eating candy" so they can offer that other person some. as far as i know they have never had to pull the candy trick. there is a strict tobacco policy there too.

i think a person might come closer to getting caught taking snus out of the can and putting it in their mouth. if it was me if it was strict i not get caught i would transfer my snus into some kind of candy container and keep two containers of candy. one with snus and one with candy but both exactly the same kind. so if someone ask for some or lets say youre putting some in and someone gives you a funny look just reach for the real candy, open it, hold it out and say "want some?". i used to have a drug problem and i learned a lot of sneaky ways to get high haha

My wife hasn't got a clue that I use snus. Minis or Long portions go unnoticed, and if there is a smell or taste, it's so imperceptible that she's never had cause to comment.

Just an update for other people like me that are concerned with the smell: General Mint Mini Portion has PASSED on the "GIRLFRIEND test" ! Feel free to use it, it will smell like any mint candy.

Have also trying Catch Eucaliptus, seems to go the same way!

my mother has a nose like a blood hound. she is almost 85 and can still smell a aint fart across the yard. i used to have a hard time getting past her with cigs, beer and such. with that said, she knows i quit smoking but i don't advertise i use snus to her. she don't understand these things since she never drank a drop, smoked a single cig or anything. party time for her is eating some boxed candy and her worst habit is diet pepsi.

I am not around her all the time but so far the only kind of snus i have used around her that got questions was Catch Eucaliptus. she kept saying "are you chewing gum?" i said no. but then i got that boxed in feeling like you do when your 17 and been smoking cigs...... so i lied to get out and said i had a cough drop.

she bought that hook line and sinker and i felt like an old man who just lied to his even older mother haha.

anyway, careful with the minty snus if your hiding your snus use.

Yep the mint one is quite noticeable .... especially if you're talking to a person ... and the wintergreen one as well. .
