How much los ?!

I was wondering how much los snus do you guys use per day.

I'm on a can every three days and some portions in between.

(the thing I'm worrying about is that I keep taking more and more to satisfy my nicotine craving,lol)

Is there anyone taking one can per day of los?

I'd guesstimate I'm 1+ tins per week. It's hard to keep track since I use a few different tins at a time, but it's close to 6 days per tin.

Well I switch it up. But if I stuck to one can it might last me 3-5 days. I take about 2-3g prillas and leave them in for about 2 hours.

I use two cans of los ( regular and ES) in about 3 and a half days with a few portions inbetween.

I go through about a can a day of loose but I use about five different types of loose in a day.

When I am really hitting it hard it takes about five days going solid on one tin. When I am not, it can take two weeks or so. I "taught" my fingers to pinch a gram with the icetool. I would portion a gram, dump it in my hand and then pinch it like I was taking it out of the tin. After doing that with a couple of tins I got it down and don't need to measure before pinching. If I take more than that I will get spinny. If I use a sterk portion I have to tear it in half or I get sick.

I though I was the only one having one can every 2 - 3 days.

I guess I'll have to make a can work for 7 days

If I take more than that I will get spinny.

Hahaa I get spinny sometime too from larger pinches if I keep them longer than one hour.

Varies but a week to just under a week for a tin of los, which is my primary usage. I do mix in portions, I always have one tin of los and one of portions open at a time. However portion wise I maybe have one or two portions a day max, if even.

I usually have one can going at a time. I chain snus (thus I have a pris in most of the waking day). However, I also use a smaller pris (no monster mud for me). My guess is that I use about a regular portion amount for each pris (give or take).

A can will last me 3-4 days.
