The pact act sucks...Ups sucks..Everytime I order snus it is a major hassle getting it from ups...I am not home in the day...The shop I work at is open from noon till 7.....When does ups drop by the shop?...Of course always before or after hours...If you want your snus before they send it back you have to go down to the ups office on friday night and wait in line for an hour for your package...(Of course it is downtown)...I have sunk to using camel snus..It sucks..I miss odens and skruf and grov and all the great swedish snus...But I cant take the ups bull anymore..RED

I had a UPS problem on my last shipment. I stayed home all day, then had to leave for 10 minutes to go to the school and pick up my wife. I was gone for no longer than 10 minutes and that was when they came to my door. I was soooo pissed. I ended up going to their site to look at other options and choosing same day pickup. They called me about 30 minutes later and said the guy wasn't going to be back at the office until like 8:30, but that he could bring it by in 10 minutes. I got my snus, and my faith in UPS was restored, at least in this area.

I have the same time issues. I leave for work around 2 pm, but UPS doesn't get to my area until 4 pm or later. Luckily, I usually have someone home to sign for it, but if I lived alone, I'd have to take a long drive every time I ordered to pick it up at a UPS hub. Pretty shitty system considering you need age verification to order it anyways.

i have read that it cant be done but i have my snus sent to my wife at her work. maybe you know a friend that works in an office or something. my snus arrives at my wife's work place at about 9am. she gets it and puts the box in the office refrigerator. she brings it home to me about 3:30 and i have cold snus.

If ups could narrow it down to morning , afternoon, evening, it would be doable....It is a pain that they will not tell you when they are coming....It seems that they always come right before or after the shop closes....If I have them send it to the house they always show up when nobody is home....I would like to be able to provide proof(Of age) to UPS and Buysnus or another purveyor ONCE and have them keep my info on file......If ups could leave my snus (without signing every time) it would be a better system...Red
