    Well, the vendors have by law no chance to get a tax refund or a tax exemption for exports from Sweden to EU-customers. It's a basic principle of inner-EU-business.

    The only way to legally circumvent the taxes is to ship the snus from outside of the EU, like Northerner does with the US-warehouse and several smaller shops tried over the years. But this concept seemingly never paid off, because of the inevitable customs trouble. Thanks to the intransparent EU laws regarding smokeless tobacco, you must be lucky to have a local customs office full of law experts, or else you could at the end pay more than if you ordered directly from Sweden ... and in the worst case your snus even could get seized.

    Cheers!

      Oh, I get it know so the price decreased.

      That makes sense.

      I guess two of my orders got seized one from U.S and one from Europe.

      What the hell are they doing with SNUS and DIP anyway. I don't think the custom officers are dippers in Europe. ****ing retards!
      Cheers

        I also would've liked making a small purchase if only for the new cans BUT:

        2 cans at $4.03 = $8.06
        Freight = $24.44
        Total = $32.50
        Price per can = $16.25

        Price per can is more than a pack of cigs at NYC rates! Ridiculous.

          I suppose they're shipping via UPS to the U.S.,
          not the regular mail and then it comes even more
          expensive.

          Do you live in NYC?

          I can't believe you can't find SNUS in New York.

            It's only available at specialty cigar stores, except for the Camel crap, which can be got at candy stores. General and Catch being the only brands available last I looked.

              You'll be better off buying them locally ..

              To avoid all the taxes.

                I just called Cigar Inn at 54th Street in Manhattan and they charge $8 per can with General being all they carry. Pricey but still cheaper than cigs and cheaper than getting snus online. But then I have to add bus fare which would be $2.25 each way (fares due to rise soon), so it's kinda ehh.

                  Isn't it great that we live in the Land of Opportunity!!!

                  Unfortunately the opportunities present themselves more and more to
