Well like everyone says it definitely has chocolate undertones to it, I also get the taste of coffee near the end of the portion. Portions are very comfy, but this just isn't really for me. Not quite enough salt and the chocolate doesn't really hit the spot for me personally.

Everything about this snus is great quality just not to my taste.

I have only tried the los. Just got a 10 roll the other day. I've been through a can of it and it reminds me of Copenhagen snuff from way back when , only without the lip blister. I will try the OP and WP next month just for S&G.

The portions are great, get more of the flavor off the bat and through out the use. Love the flavor!

The Los is more subtle but there.

The los is definitely better! Ettan is a good all day snus.

Can't argue with you on that. Though I've only tried the wp, it is quite nice... but so far I prefer the bergamot and herbal snuses
I will try a can of los next time to see if I like it more.

A wonderful snus, the best "plain"/natural flavour I have tried, without any bergamot, which I personally hate! Would definitely recommend trying this instead if you don't like plain snus.

Maybe Aussie customs is sabotaging my shipments and soaking them in a bucket of sea water before sending them on to me.I definitely know that they take an interest due to the big red labels that are stuck on my orders telling me that they have 'inspected the contents'.
    Cheers from Aussie...

Awesome with a cup of coffee, there is no better combination! But yes, as almost everybody wrote, it has this chocolate undertone. One of my favourites, but haven't been using it since last summer because I've been trying snuses I never tried before.

Found a can with a few portions in the fridge that I totally forgot but the pouches was dry and smelled weird. Probably because it expired in june 2011..

I tell this much, if they ever get these out in wide circulation in the US, not just the test beds, I would not need international shipping much if at all. I happen to be on a Ettan portion kick for work this last summer. Normally a grov man, Odens only after work. Tried to work with the extreme snus and kept getting dizzy spells.

Takes a few to get used to the chocolate flavor again, then it is easy to enjoy what seems to be a great natural tobacco flavor again, the lower salt is most attractive too.

Can: standard Swedish Match with catch lid. I like the classic look to the art seems like it fits such an old brand
Smell Light, little salt, little hazelnut
Potion: standard SM "large" very soft, very comfortable nice and moist

Light flavor some salt some coco notable nuttiness lasts well. After the salt is all gone you get more tobacco. I can understand why a lot of people use this as there go to snus 4/5

I will definitely try the los at some point! However, the chocolate undertone is what really does it for me with Ettan OP. I am perfectly okay with the lack of overpowering salt -- that's what General is for! Hee hee... At this point, I'm about 90% certain that future orders will be a roll of General Long Sterk and a roll of Ettan OP, and go back and forth between the two during the day. I had Ettan with my morning coffee today and it was excellent. General LS isn't bad with it, either, but Ettan is way better.

Interestingly enough the loose has almost twice as much salt...although it does not taste like it. I definitely prefer the loose though, although I love the portions. As many have said, the portions have a bit more pronounced chocolate flavor.

Bla seems like the most salty of the two, always made my lip feel leathery, just so salty. Decent snus, however I was happy to finish off the last can so I could replace it with Ettan. Ettan is definitely one of the best snus out there.

Definitely a top-five pick, good for daily use.
I'll occasionally alternate with Ettan White until the whites are all gone.
This is one instance where the OP surpasses the whites.
