e-cigarettes are pretty finicky.. You really have to have a high voltage "mod", the right atomizers, and the right e-liquid to get a decent experience. I like 6Volts, (normal e-cigarettes are below 3.7volts) and a manual switch. (no inhaling hard to get it activated) For nicotine you can get 24 - 36mg e-liquid, and PG generally offers the best throat hit, but VG produces the most vapor. I used only the e-cigarette for 3 months, but I broke down to using snus along with it, then added nasal snuff. (There's some things missing from pure nicotine that you get in tobacco)

Personally, I still use the e-cigarette daily, along with nasal snuff & snus. (However, I could get by on just snus I'm sure)

I recently did a YouTube video about this, I think I'll share it and see if it helps you.

You have to change your routines, and that's a hard part. Whereas you used to take a "smokebreak" outside with friends, take a "snusbreak". Just because you don't smoke, don't think it means you can't enjoy tobacco at your favorite times. When driving was my hardest part, but I learned to celebrate and enjoy using snus at these times instead of a cigarette, and with time my body changed and adjusted to a new routine.

          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dHxXrL8v-Q

Eventually, snus being a better nicotine delivery system than cigarettes, you will find that it takes over the cravings that you would have for cigarettes. Whereas as a smoker you would have up and down peaks, snus delivers on such a level path that you will not constantly have cravings like you would for cigarettes. You won't have those up and down peaks, but a more mellow experience. I used to crave a cig after every snus, but eventually as my body adjusted, I would crave a snus after cigs, then eventually no cigs at all.

It takes time, and don't feel down if you don't succeed on your first attempt. "The snus will always win!", as a friend of mine on this forum once said. Sometimes you may slip and have a cigarette, but don't let that get you down - because eventually you can kick them all together! Great community of folks here, and you'll have a lot of great help!
