Personally I think snussing while exercising is crazy. I don't need to enjoy tobacco all the mfing time with every moment. Exercising for me consists of running a few miles around a lake in the early morning, and I sweat and breath heavily and spit and get my heart rate way up, all of which is the point for me. Having a snus in would complicate all of those matters, and adding a stimulant to the equation seems crazy to me. I don't even drink coffee before I run. I'm not trying to have a heart attack. I do use snus before and after, but I think there are plenty of activities that call for not having tobacco in your mouth. Just my opinion though.

I've been snussing at the gym for 3 years now. I wake up, toss in an ES portion/los, and head to the gym. The portion stays in while I do my 2 mile warm up, and then during my lifts. I haven't had any negative effects from it, but if you have sensitive heart, I'd avoid any sort of stimulant during physical activity.
*EDIT*
I don't use snus while doing heavy cardio. My heart rate gets really high when I'm running, and I don't need that extra jolt to the system.

Only time I've ever taken out or taken a break from snus was after an epic bike ride.. I was pulling someone in a pedicab up hills and very far away. I took all of my snus out for like 2 minutes because I didn't "need" it. Made me think if I just worked out hard every day I wouldn't need snus but you know..
Yeah definitely felt the blood increase and it was one of the few times, other than running, I had to take it out.To snus or not to snus. That is not the question
