I realised that the lös only stings when it's not fully up the arsehole. The anal sphincter is about two or three inches long, if it sits in there then it stings and the nicotine absorption is reduced.

My order of skruf stark portion came today, I threaded one up like a tampon and it's sitting there now. Seems to be working. I dipped it in water before poking it up, to help absorption. Not sure how long I'll let it sit there. No discomfort.

The threading was a bit of a pain in the arse though.

And yeah I icetooled my bum twice at work today, in the toilet, was straightforward.

Removal was a piece of piss, just drew it out by the thread, came out cleanly.

Second portion up there now. This is, unexpectedly, messier than lös and the icetool. When I poke it up, it squeezes the snus juice out. A couple of wipes of the crevice are required before covering my shame.
