The one thing that seems to be throwing me off a little is when I eat lunch. After eating I seem to get extremely tired. This is not something that happened when I smoked and I'm wondering if the cigarettes had some sort of effect on my insulin that Snus is not having.
This was a daily occurence when I smoked. So, several years back, I quit all sugar during the day and it promptly stopped. You might try giving up sugar during the day time. If that isn't enough, stop refined/simple carbs (white breads, white rice, white pasta, etc) and eat only complex carbs (whole grain breads, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, beans, etc) during the day.
