the lower lip does have a frenum.. mine was cut when i had a tonsillectomy as the doc said it was a bit too much tissue. he also cut the one under my tongue to allow greater tongue mobility. it was not excessive, but my parents gave the go-ahead. I was a bit pissed about it then, but my girlfriends have been pretty pleased about it.Comment
