Ok, I did not get an actual pic but I got a description. I have a lot of buds that send those sort of pics to illicit a wtf reaction but a forum is another matter. I like the warning idea as well but that only really applies when you don;t knwo any better.

Don't get me wrong ... the mods and admin here do a massively important job which largely goes un-noticed - and actually I'm really glad the terms and conditions were altered and enforced more rigorously than they were before for many reasons. However - in this case, unless something I missed happened - I think this should have been handled very differently.

Self edited to remove a late night rant ... The gist of which is that I'm very cross with the whole situation and considering leaving the forum if it doesn't sort itself out.

And now this thread has disappeared from the latest post section of the main page ... frankly I think if this forum disrespects my input so much to censor what I write to people on the front line of the forum (given my nearly exemplary record) - **** you SnusOn and the people that run it now ... you're now officially a joke and despite the evidence that I come here a lot ... I don't need you as much as you need me ... screw your stupid forum.

I don't think it was disrespect for you plus you were not the only one that expressed an opinion on the matter, so at the least it was not all about you. Obviously there is more then meets the eye to the ban. Perhaps Sgregor had been warned and/or banned before? None of us really know at this point. If the Mods wanted to end the conversation they would have just deleted the thread rather than move it to non current. I surmise that they just wanted to move the topic to the back burner and not fuel the speculation, so they could address directly.

I hear you and I expressed my opinion on the warning preference but the pic as described was way over the top and the person that sent me a description said it was down right disturbing. There is a warning for 1st time violations but if you have had previous warnings and even a past suspension then the case is pretty much open and close. I have never found the Mods to not be fair and reasonable. They have tough jobs to do and clean up a lot of messes we never see. Just like owning your own company sometimes you have to fire people even when you personally don't want to in order to maintain the integrity of the company.
