I used to have issues with coffee making me jittery, upsetting my stomach, adrenal issues etc... but since I started drinking Dave Asprey's recommended coffee recipe with mct oil, red palm oil, and dark chocolate (Asprey recommends unsalted grassfed butter but I have dairy allergies, so I use red palm) bulletproof coffee 1 large 16oz mug is now my breakfast along with my snus. I don't even get hungry again until sometime late into the afternoon.

Eh. I tend to sip a little slower now that I snus. Gives it a good flavor and can't really drink it like I used to .(Like I was replacing my blood with caffeine) but since I bottom lip my snus it isn't as easy haha
