What have you tried that hurts your throat? I don't have any issues like that, but I might be able to narrow it down if I know what you have problems with.

What kind of snus have you used that made your throat sore? If I know what gave you a sore throat, I may be able to steer you towards something easier on your throat. In general, I'd expect lower salt, and lower nicotine to burn less. V2 tends to be lighter on the salt, but the nicotine will vary across brands. I'd stay away from strong snus.

Hmm... Looks like you have a bit of everything there. You might want to try V2 loose snus. It has a bit less salt, and might be easier on your throat. The Phantoms I like, and also Offroad licorice, though I don't see that on their site.
