I'm really new to Snus and would love to hear the health risks, I searched the web a bit but a lot of the time
the internet has tons of mixed up health issues.

Please help me out with this.

One thing I have heard is Snus will cause pancreatic cancer.

I'm so new to this its not funny LOL

the first snus I tried was Camel frost, today I got my hands on some general mint and mini mint.

Would love to hear the benefits over smoking, been doing that for 19 years now and wanna quit BAD.

Slight elevated risk of Pancreatic cancers. But Camel Frost is not the way to go. Snus is the safest form of Nicotine I have found, and it works. Read for yourself, it is a fact. If you use snus you will probably quit with out realizing it, many here have. I had to quit, and was lucky enough that I was given great advice about it, so I have never had the Camel crap experience. General mint will give you a glimpse, but there are far better snus available. My advice is to stick around, experiment, and learn from our community. There is a wealth of accumulated knowledge here, and some monkey shines too. Have fun. Snus use has spared me from a lot of grief.

Either way, it's a slight risk and one that I'm willing to take. I love snus.

There's many problems with the study, and it needs to be replicated with a different population. I wouldn't draw too many conclusions from it until it's been verified.
