Dangers from using Ultra Strong Snus?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know that since the choices for Los snus are terrible compared to what they used to be what dangers come from using the crazy Ultra Sterk Los?

I find it scary to buy a can of that stuff and bake a nice fat pris just to have my heart explode 10 mins later.

I really want to switch up my rotation but am nervous trying Los like Odens and Thunder.

I don't think they're immediately dangerous, but you could get more nicotine than comfortable, and you could get more heavily addicted where regular strength snus doesn't cut it anymore. I don't use much stark snus. The only one I really use is Jakobssons Mint cause I like the flavor on occasion, and that's mild by stark standards.

      Grim,

I also don't use many Starks but when I do I simply reduce the size of the pris.

I have never used thunder but with Extreme the release is more gradual than all at once in your face.

For me a slight headache is usually an indication that I am getting too much nic and thus need to reduce the size a bit.
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Thanks guys, I guess dangerous is a bad term, but I guess I meant for me it could be.

High levels of nicotine really send my anxiety for a spin and have caused panic attacks, not often mind you, but occasionally.

I just hate how limited the selection is in Los. I know its not a big product mover but its a damn good deal seeing as how your only getting what .9 grams now per portion and some companies only give you 18 or so portions.

I only use portions when I in class at college or when I am working. Outside of those 2 things its los.

I really try to avoid strong snus, although there are some that I've just HAD to try....Jakobsson's Melon being the most recent. I've always enjoyed Grov Black a lot, and once or twice a year I get a hankering for Thunder Coola.

But for me(and it sounds like maybe for you as well), I like to keep the strong stuff as a very occasional treat, and I can't imagine using it on a daily basis. I don't want to find myself in a position where regular strength snus just doesn't do it anymore.

Grim I think your biggest worry would be pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.

unless, of course, you are into that sort of thing.

Dam it! wheres precious when you need him? He knows about every disease known to mankind.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I think your biggest worry will be an increased nic tolerance, like lxskllr said. The first snus I ever tried, Camel Frost, gave me a serious buzz and I came away pretty dizzy and lightheaded. Since then, I've gotten into the good stuff, and between using it all day and 'upgrading' from regular to extra stark within 3 weeks, I have to use 3 regulars, 2 starks, or 1 extra start to feel anything at all. Recently, I just feel overheated and lazy, rather than buzzed at those levels.

Personally, that's a sign to me that if I want to continue to enjoy snus, I need to stay away from anything ES. I'll be cutting back on my stark usage, and try to only use regular and not use it all day, but it's gonna be hard because I have a rather addictive personality. My advice is to stay away from anything more than stark, unless you're using Los, in which case the stronger the better; you can save alot of money because you don't have to use nearly as much in a pris.

                Hi mistahARK,

If you're chasing the nicotine buzz dragon then you're going to be disappointed very quickly. Unless you only use snus once in a blue moon, you're tolerance will build up almost as fast as you increase the dosage. It looks as if you've already found that out.

The good news is that if you stick to just regular strength for a week or so it goes back down just as easily.

Me - I like the strong portions. But not really because they're strong in nicotine - but because they tend to be the richest in good spicy tobacco flavour which I love.

                Cheers

Yes unfortunately I have discovered that rather quickly lol. I realized that theres alot more regular flavors out there then there are stark and so on, so I figure regular is the best way to go, with the occasional stark thrown in. Personally I enjoy a more mild tobacco flavor, like that of Roda, Rape, or General, but I do like a real strong tobacco flavor from time to time. Cutting down my tolerance is gonna suck though >_<
