If you wanna get all scientific, the mere act of being alive is killing you. Respiration creates harmful free radicals that cause cell mutations, which ultimately cause cancer. So I will apply m logic, **** lets get naked and party! You only live once so forget about what will kill you and focus on having a full and enjoyable life, at the end of the day we will all die, i will die happy in the knowledge that when I was 21 (13 years ago now), for a mere £5, I walked through Hyde Park naked.

Same in America. One day alcohol is badm one day it will save your heart, one day coffee is bad, one day it is good for brain health etc. It's a constant back and forth, not because of science, but because of crapy sensationalist journalists who want to make some money off of you

That's pretty much my take on it as well! I mean hell, we breath in corrosive oxygen for god's sake, and it slowly oxidizes our lungs and we intake radiation constantly amongst other pollutants. The very sun itself, whom supplies all energy to life on earth, will give you cancer by going outside. I mean have a beer and enjoy the moment. One thing I have learned in life, all we have is the moment. Enjoy the moment, or the past and the future will be shit. The present is all we truly have, so live in the moment.
