I like Oden's Original Portion, but it doesn't like me. :(

Seriously, holy crap bad heartburn! On the 2 occasions i've had Oden's original, cue instant heartburn, and within taking it out it's gone within 5 minutes.

Think my body will toughen up to it or should I give up on this one for now? weirdly enough, i've tried a few different brands lately and this is the only one that seems to disagree with me. :-(

Try making sure you have something to drink while you use it. I have the same issue with dip, and keeping a drink at hand fixes it for me.

I cannot deal with the peppar. It was good for awhile but just can't do it.
Don't they also use a unique process of pastuerization, in that it gets the job done of lower tsna but is not technically the same as SM?

I just tried again while sipping water every couple of mins, it took a little longer for the heartburn to kick in but sure enough it started. That sucks, as I quite like the flavour. Maybe your right truthwolf, could be something different in the production. :-(

I've tried a lot of portions, and it's just this one. even other odens varieties give me no problems.
