I use the Oral B Professional two times a day and Mouth wash once a day... and I have pretty good teeth. :P

Very warm water and sea salt 2× a day. Crest Pro health toothpaste and Oral Rinse. Seems to have cleared up my General Snus ulcer issue very well.
