      My first nicotine experience came via a Marlboro Red. I remember not inhaling the first couple of times but still feeling warm all over and I definitely felt the nic. Of course, when I started inhaling it was wicked intense. I just started smoking then and would only have them twice each week. Then more, then daily, then 20 of them each day. Ugh. I thought it was awesome from the get go.

        When I think about the coughing,spluttering,dizziness and extreme nausea associated with my first puff on a cigarette 40 years ago,I wonder why I persisted with the disgusting things for so long,under the illusion that I was actually enjoying them. What a waste of 40 years that was.Snus has been a revelation to me. Ironically in a country where it is prohibited.

          @spyneel

          You're still wondering how you carried on with smoking for 40 years?

          because you've been brainwashed by a drug.

          Just a few illusions smokers have:

          - Cigarettes taste great/ smell great
          - Cigarettes reduce stress
          - Cigarettes reduces boredom
          - Cigarettes make life easier, increase concentration and makes you more creative

          obviously all the above are just illusions that a smokers has. the only reason a smoker smokes is because he's a drug addict

          at least snus is less harmful

            I honestly don't remember my very first use of nicotine. There were lots of smokers and dippers in my life, so it's likely that I swiped a cigarette way back in the day. Smoking would make me dizzy, and cough a lot. I think I tried dip only one or twice. It made me dizzy, and extremely nauseous...
