How They Make Wise/Northerer Snus.. It's pretty Cool...

Forgive my ignorance but is anatabine something they would would to take out the tobacco or could it be desirable element to a snus say?

I would say that anatabine would be one of the things you would like to keep in it.. It's one of the alkaloids that is removed with NRT's like gum and patches.. Some believe that if you are looking for the "whole" tobacco experience it's one of the ones that should stay in the tobacco.... why? Has it been removed?

I am kinda of obsessed with finding new ways to make snus even cleaner, better, healthier... I love all the science and techniques used to make such awesome products..

Before you jump on me.. I know that Snus is great just like it is and I enjoy all types from all manufactures and will continue to do so but everything can be improved.. I have even been chatting with one of the big boys about some of my ideas and maybe we will see them one day..

I'm really looking forward to if they can bring out a higher nicotine product.

I asked them about this and they said to make a bigger/stronger one it would make the taste bitter or bad, can't remember the exact translation. He said if people would pay for it (like upfront) they'd make it, but it had to be in bulk I believe.

Sounds a bit NRTish to me but that's just my opinion.

One of the founders from TillCe that makes Wise/Oomph/Northerner was also a big player with Nicorette when it got started out, I can't remember what he said his job was but he was involved with NRT for a while and based that science into Wise/Oomph/Northerner purified snus.

When I go out to drink with friends, Wine & Dine is all I bring. It keeps the cigarette urges at bay and I am not embarrassed to pull out the slim oval tin in front of my snooty female friends! While not my favorite snus due to lack of flavor choices (hmpff cinnamon), these purified portions are my favorite for out in public! The nic gets the job done fast and strong and I'm fairly certain these are thee smallest pouches containing 6mg. What's not to like besides the limited selections!? A++ for science and tobacco!!
