Whenever I think about the cost of snus, I remind myself how much cheaper it is than smoking. £7 a day vs £1.50 a day - it's a no brainer. And I'd spend more than £1.50 a day on gum and snacks if I quit snus.

yep id be having some jerky and a pack of gum (i think the sugar-free is actually worse for your health than snus)Originally posted by muddyfunkstar View PostWhenever I think about the cost of snus, I remind myself how much cheaper it is than smoking. £7 a day vs £1.50 a day - it's a no brainer. Agreed. My snus cost is about 1/3 of my smoking costs.Originally posted by muddyfunkstar View PostWhenever I think about the cost of snus, I remind myself how much cheaper it is than smoking. £7 a day vs £1.50 a day - it's a no brainer. Hang in there dude. If you really want to quit, you can do it. Just withdrawal symptoms, they will go away eventually.
