Got a cold it sucks balls

yesterday i had feeling of apprehension in my chest all day could not put my finger on what was causing it. at the end of the night i had my last snus before bed a grovsnus svart portion. Whilst trying to sleep i felt the need to swallow constantly something was in my throat.

woke up this morning i had a throat infection then it progressed into a head cold and a blocked nose, it came on very fast and now I feel fraked.

Thank god for snus despite having a sore throat snus does not seem to irritate it and I remember back to when i used to smoke and would force those cigarettes even though they killed my lungs and hurt my throat during a flu or cold.

sure i am not enjoying snus as much as when i dont have a cold but it is still good.

Any how i feel like death right now so i am going back to bed to sleep this off.

Hope you feel better soon man. I was there a little more than a week ago, and it sucks. Thanks god to snus though, as you say.

Eat lots of healthy stuff (fruits, vegetables and garlic, which is great for infections) and drink liter wise of green tea.

Wow! That must feel terrible and I hope you get better soon. I am not sure what it feels like as I don't eat meat and never get sick but hang in there!
