I wonder if the study corrects for the possibility that tobacco users in general are more likely to engage in other high-risk behavior (drinking, drug use, etc.) than the non-tobacco users.
Either way, this study is pretty disappointing because most reports until now have shown snus to be relatively benign. 10% more likely to die prematurely (how do they measure "premature"?) is going to scare a lot of people.
