I quit with snus almost three years ago, but missed the smoke. Gone back a few times, but always snused too so never smoked as much as I used to. Now I have maybe one handrolled cigarette a day, sometimes not. A pack of tobacco lasts me about a month, versus maybe two or three days if I was only smoking.
So I voted SNUS and SMOKE!

Funny part is that it was my doctor who recommended that i should change cigs to snus. Even i live in Finland where laws about snus is bs like every one knows.

Smoked for way to long and tried to quit many times.. I used everything and most recently the ecig...the ecig was good and I still pick it up now and again but it was missing something.. I am not sure if it is the alkaloids that naturally occur in tabacco or not but something was missing. Then I found swedish snus.. Thank god!! I have not had a smoke in over two weeks now and have no desire to...
