He's kind of a 70's retro Jesus. He looks like he should be driving a VW van. Or as the song says "eleven long-haired friends of Jesus in a chartreuse Micro-bus".

Anyways, the curiosity of these Jesus drawings was killing me. But I was successful in finding who the artist is. Larry Van Pelt. He says "the lord" revealed to him during his sleep that he should draw Jesus with people in everyday situations. After looking at the drawings, I don't think it was Jesus speaking to him. EDIT: Well, apparently I'm not as talented as I thought I was. I just realized that all of these drawings have the artist's signature. All of that Google searching wasn't even necessary. I can be an idiot savant at times. Oh well.

God's a dick. He gave him 10 years to crank out those drawings. I guess it was under the threat of eternal damnation :^D
