I don't know if the Hollow Earth is literally hollow like a Basketball, but we do know of giant underground caves, and there could be a super giant hollow-earth type of area inside the earth.

No hollow earth theory is like it says, it believes the earth is hollow. I think the deepest we have drilled is like 40,000 feet or something so that is the deepest we have physical evidence for. It can be safely assumed the 99.9% of what is under is relatively dense matter. I am sure there are all sorts of amazing air pockets and caves all over in the crust. What is known and what it is used for could be anyone's speculation.

However the earth is most certainly not hollow.
