It is really absurd to sentence someone to death and then use tax dollars to keep them alive for 20 years. Get it over with already.

Since you've mentioned doctors administering lethal injection more than once in this thread: Physicians don't administer lethal injection; if they did, it would be done right and wouldn't be as controversial as it is. The prison physician is only present to declare the moment of death.

The shooters can tell if they got the blank. No projectile makes the recoil very different. Unless I suppose if they were all shooting very light bullets.

This is what I was gonna say too. Anyone who's fired a rifle before knows the difference.

The victims family should be able to pull the trigger if they request. I don't care about it being humane, you have to do some pretty evil shit to get the death penalty.

You know what makes you an advocate of the death penalty? The first time someone rapes your daughter or kills your wife. Suddenly all the philosophical and moral obstacles are removed and you know what "the right thing to do " is.

Ha! I am saying no such thing. It has all the features of a laptop, just no mouse. And since I'm in a hurry it's easier to just reply to individual posts than copy and paste everything. It navigates better than a computer actually
