I'm not too big on sterks or extra sterks. Usually they just put me to sleep. 8-9mg of nicotine usually does it just fine for me. I do remember when I first started though I would overlap portions if I needed that extra kick and it was interesting to mix flavors up some.

I have been trying to kick smokes again and it is weird. I can smoke two packs a day if I want but even now a sterk kicks my ass.

Good thing though, I haven't smoked for three days and oddly enough I don't have a desire to. I didn't smoke for about 14 months and then spent the last two months smoking again but on Friday, the desire to smoke just faded out.

Thank God too, that shit is expensive! $10 a day for my wife and I? Hell no!
