lol that was outstanding. Particularly applicable to todays climate since we have everyone in gov screaming that we need more deficit spending and more cheap money to stimulate the economy. This is what we did before, and it lasted for a while, but it will collapse again if we don't allow the market to correct. No more cheap endless credit. Prices will go down and things will be better, it's just going to take a little while.


Hope everyone is ready for when the fed raises interest rates this summer. Hopefully the commercial real estate market can make it through
