I've been studying Japanese for about 4 years, mostly due to my obsession with anime. I was lucky enough to find a native Japanese woman to give me private lessons. Watching Japanese programs and listening to music is a great way to pick up the language. Talking to people on the internet is great too. Ganbatte kudasai!
