I'm 42 and found snus about a month ago. Came from smoking 2 packs of cigs a day since I was 16. Since I started with Snus, I've smoked about half a pack total. Haven't had one for a week and, haven't wanted one either. GO SNUS!!!!!

Saw something on snus a few years back and just now getting around to it since nothing else (gum, pills, patch, head-to-wall) has seemed to work in the past couple years.

Best decision I've ever made. I can breath now, but damn are these cigs are hard to break, especially when someone else in the house smokes-
Fell off the wagon for 5 cigs just yesterday, but I told the wife she was going to have to smoke outside by herself today!!!!!

I'm eighteen years old. I started using snus when Triumph was introduced in Ohio in March, 2008. It took me a long to time to get used to snus, since I thought that swallowing the juice would make me sick. I started smoking when I was fourteen and finally quit in July, 2008. Since then, I haven't had a single cigarette! I have quit smoking probably more than fifty times until I "gave up" on quitting. When I discovered snus, I was not that keen on it. However, when I started ordering stark/sterk Swedish snus, I realized that I no longer had cigarette cravings.

Also, I would recommend for people trying to quit smoking to use snus and cigarettes for about a month. As time goes by, use more snus than cigarettes, and eventually cut out cigarettes all together.
