Some nice desktops, and a lot of penguins :^D I was going to do my Ubuntu desk when I went to bed, but there wasn't much point. It's the same as Vista's.

      Edit:
Do you have a bigger shot of that picture Sage? I like the colors, but I can't make out what it is.

I've been thinking of getting a mac (or building one) not sure which yet.

I should put up some of my wife's paintings. She's pretty good

Awesome pic. I think some of the best pics from the war are the soldiers during downtime at dusk. There's a whole book of JUST that at my local bookstore.

I think mac sales are up to about 10% now so there should be a few more out there.

Cool paintings. I love the Cheetah Queen. I am a sucker for nature shows. Loved Animal Planet until they started putting all the reality crap on there.

Thanks. I wanted it to be bigger but couldn't figure out to adjust it. What is the name of that book?

I will look when I go down this weekend. I've read it while my daughter was playing in their toy area before.

That's awesome. I'm glad they're starting to catch on but NOT glad. One of the things I like most about Mac is the lack of viruses. One year in, and never got spyware or a virus. The more people use them, I'm sure viruses are going to eventually come around. But never as widescale as PC's.

You guys are really talented. Nice paintings. I don't see much point in a Mac. They're the same as PCs, but run a proprietary BSD distro. For a incompatible O/S, I think Linux is better. It's much more customizable, and you're free to change it as you see fit.

                              Cute picture Vegan :^)

For those of you still on XP, MS has a Zune theme that goes well with the Autumn season. It's official MS so you don't have to hack around in your system files to use it. It comes as a installer, so you just double click it to run. Make sure you have your current desktop saved, because It has a crappy wallpaper it uses as default. Get it here...

Well customer support is a good reason. Anyways, I boot into windows and xwindows on my mac every once and a while. I can't even remember the last time but I have done it a few times.

But, I have been around long enough to know that debating Mac/Windows/Linux on a forum is a no no. So I will leave it at that.
