Considering I'm a fan of Metal in some of it's most extreme forms, what many including my wife call "Devil Music". Many people are surprised to learn I enjoy classical music. Which actually, if you delve deep enough into the musical structure of many metal bands, you will find that their compositions are rooted in classical musical theory.

Anyhow, I heard this song the other day, and it just captivated me. Might be the most sorrowful and moving piece I've heard in a while.

If anyone else here knows of any similar classical pieces let me know.
