Am I the only musician here? Does anyone else write songs and record them, and share them? I'd like to hear other's stuff, no matter how ametuer or crappy it might be. But it always seems I am the only one that writes and records.

I used to play guitar in a band, but that was many years ago.
We used to play metal and punk like d.r.i. The crumbsuckers, discharge, and even played a few gigs.
I still pick up the guitar occasionally when i get the time and still enjoy it.

DISCHARGE was one of my favorite bands growing up in the early 80's, they still are.
THIS is a NEW song I just recorded that is inspired by Discharge and the d-beat style.

The Exploited is one of my fav punk bands along with the Adicts.

Been getting back to metal as of late; mainly thrash metal like Overkill. Good thread.

I used to write quite a bit with a buddy of mine about 7-10 years ago. He had all the fancy equipment so we could record multiple tracks. I was also younger and had a bit more of creative zing due to the consumption of certain substances, not that great music can't be written while sober and clean. Perhaps being high just makes your music seem better than it really is! LOL

But these days, I rarely find time to even pick up my guitar, plus I don't have the technology to upload it anyway.
