I study computer science and maths so am surrounded by those sorts of people a lot. When I want to relax I can't handle being around more of those sort of people! I guess MtG/GW are great if you have a group of friends to play with
Anyone here play Roguelikes? I got into the original Rogue back in 1983 and was hooked for life. Played lots of Nethack in the '90's, and been playing ADOM since '96. Have also enjoyed Alphaman and Dungeon Crawl to some extent. Haven't played much the past couple years, mainly because ADOM hasn't had a significant update in that time. Hopefully, Jade will see the light of day, eventually...
Howdy there! I'm a big fan of the Roguelikes :-) My first exposure was a 'hacked' version of Hack back in the late 1980s, but then I discovered Angband on my university server in 1994 and quickly became hooked :-)
I will admit (sadly so) that I have been hooked on World of Warcrack for years now (since beta).
70 Human Rogue Bloodhoof (Decent gear. I spreadsheet at 1400 dps. working on Kael'thas)
70 Orc Rogue Bloodhoof (super secret rogue. "welfare" pvp epics. I use it to kill my friends)
70 Troll Rogue Magtheridon (Full S2, PvP guild. I use it to obliterate annoying allys in Ruin battlegroup)
70 Troll Mage Magtheridon (don't do much of anything with this guy anymore. It's not like it's a rogue)
I raid 6 nights a week usually.
So yeah, I like WoW. And unless the new Stargate mmorpg really rocks, I'll be playin WoW for a long time.

Man, I wish I could still raid that much. ith school just starting again, I went to social status for a while. I did however get to go on our first Kael kill this past thursday. We have to go kill Vashj one more time to get a few stragglers attuned for Mt. Hyjal and we'll be after Rage Winterchill starting this week.
I was the Priest class lead up until a week ago when i voluntarily dropped to social member, but I am pretty much on call. I leave my ventrilo running in a dead channel incase they need my to drop heals for an encounter here and there. I have a couple other 70 toons (warrior and mage), but when your main is a t5 priest, you dont get to play alts very much
ANyways, that being said. i gotta stop talkin about snus and get to doing my homework. It is tough trying to relearn time management at 29 years old when nights have been beer and gaming for the past 9 years after work.
I play a ton of video games in my free time. I mainly stick with PC games but do play some console games on my Wii and Halo 3 and CoD4 on my friends 360. For the PC right now I have just obtained Assassins Creed, Frontlines: Fuel Of War, Unreal Tournament 3, Gears of War, CoD4, Bioshock, Alpha Prime, and a few others. Gonna mainly take a look at Assassins Creed, Frontlines, and Alpha Prime since I have played all the others to some extent. I also have played WoW since it came out off and on. Currently have a decked out undead priest on Haomarush. I get bored of it occasionally and right now I do not play that often. Basically just try to go on raids with the guild. I got my girlfriends and her friend addicted to it and they play it non stop so they are always encouraging me to play. Girlfriend just hit 70 and her friends is super addicted and been 70 for a while and somehow can make more gold then Chinese farmers. I am sure I will hop back in to WoW again soon especially when the new expansion comes out. I actually have not been playing video games a whole lot lately, but I am hoping a few of these games will change that.
For any gamers or even super casual gamers like Lx out there, go check out the humble bundle which consists of about 5 kickass indie games, you get to...
I just finished Assassin's Creed 2 (one of the best endings in a video game that I've seen in a while), and started up Bioshock 2. Anyone here wanna...
