    Snus related insomnia...

I am trying to sleep again.

Sure the internet doesn't help. Does the snus?

I've fallen asleep with a snus enough times to know it doesn't keep me up.

If anything, too much snus gets me yawning during the day.

Too late for a sleeping pill.

It's time for some night time snus.
Snus PM with valerian.. Eww maybe not. :?
How about Diphenhydramine Snus - stops allergic reactions too!
    or Chamomile Snus- zzz..zzzzz....

I claim all rights and privlidges to any future production, marketing, or profits of sleepy snus. All rights reserved.

Oh my, I would totally love Chamomile snus!!

I normally have difficulty sleeping too (not at the moment, I have some virus which is making me sleep too damn much) and something like that, maybe with lavender too, would be the best way to wind down at night.

            Hahaheheha

I can see it now. An episode of CSI.

Snus was the culprit. The anti's would have a field day bashing tobacco with that!

Seriously I would like to see a polar opposite to the energy snus genre.

I'll simply make alcohol snus. I'll let the snuses be dipped in 40% alc. for a while, put them in a fridge and let them moist good.

Of course one snus will contain about a drop or two of the spirit, so it won't be a bath for the snus in the box.

And it'll go straight to your head. 8)

For me, sometimes it does, and sometimes it does not. I tend to avoid Snus close to bedtime as much as possible.

I actually find that caffeine and nicotine help me sleep, because I stay so awake and "in the zone" throughout the day that the exhaustion at the end just knocks me out. People talk about the caffeine-crash; just learn to time it for when you want to crash- it's sublime
