I volunteer here in WA at a local wolf rescue sanctuary. My conservation views are not quite as extreme as some of my fellow volunteers, but yeah, if you want a challenge, go bowhunting, better yet, from a heli. Or if you're a real mountain man, go out and kill a wolf with a fixed-blade knife. That's visceral and real, and can you immagine the p*ssy a hunter would get if he was a confirmed hand-to-hand wolf killer?!
Seriously though, I had no plans to support the geriatric [I admire his service, but that's it] and the Jesus-freak nude model-with-the-preggo-daughter GOP ticket this year. This just cements it.

Dang.....I seen this video yesterday on Youtube..You know, Youtube is a realiable source of information. Now, that we have it, we will never vote for the wrong man again.

I can't find the video now...I will explain it.. It shows Obama, standing on top of 10' ladder. Below the ladder is a hamster on a wheel. The poor defensless hamster, is running on the wheel. I can tell by the look on his face, he terrfied. Poor guy, I bet he thinks he is actually getting away.

Then the camera pans you onto Big Bad Barrock's face. He has this evil grin and glare of death in his eyes. He then starts to snarl, huff, and snort. Sounding like a raging bull. You can tell he is pulling down, mucus from every membrane in he nasal cavity. Then, with a wink of the eye and a thundering cry of "C-H-A-N-G-E", he lets lose with the LUGIE from Hell (might be from South Chicago, awww..Who cares same thing).

This Lugie covers the span of 10 ft in milli seconds. Direct hit. The hamster, after being cover in Mr. Obama's mucus stumbles. His wee little neck gets caught between the wheel and the supports ,severing it off.

Obama then picks up the body, takes a big gulp of the blood, winks into the camera, and walks away.

Damn rodent killers they need to be stopped..

These little snippets from anyone and everyone are just not creditible. If this was true. Do you not think,NBC,ABC,CBS,CNN and even Fox News would be wearing it out?

I am sure, 4 out of the 5 news channels I mentioned have teams of people working to dig up dirt on Palin. Why are they not covering this?

Well, let me make this perfectly clear. We, the American citizens, do not have any good choices to vote for this election. I tend to go with experiance. So Obama and Palin aren't for me. And the other two that do have experiance..........well they suck. Like I said there will be alot of shit comming out about Palin. Well, it was about Sarah Palin, wasn't it? At any rate, I can't be held responsible for your inability to objectify the situation - you only have my most sincere word that I don't at all hate the US, not even close. In fact, I have a lot of respect for your country and it's history. I think your constitution is a great document, I admire a lot of old US leaders, and I think that the US has brought a great spirit of innovation and progress to the world. The only beef at all that I have with America is with a very small, very powerful, and very secretive element which has taken control of your government. I dislike guys like Cheney, like the Bush family, like Oliver North, George Tenet, Rumsfeld, Rice, Albright - the list goes on. Those are the people I have a beef with - that's all. I abbreviate to say "the US" because those are the people who make decisions for you, but I quite seriously have only objections with those decisions and those people.

Yea Alaska is a big place. They can't be hoofin it. After thinking about it I'd say that a hunt on snowmobie or ATV would probably be a very long one. So, efficiancy is probably the reason they hunt this way. But the spread on a 12 guage at 150' to 250' or more is tremendous and doesn't have much "quick killing" power left at that distance.

Well, the question remains as to why anyone needs to go so far out of the way to hunt wolves. I can understand wanting to discourage them from roaming near areas where they may threaten livestock, etc, but why bother flying for hundreds of miles to kill them in a wretchedly inhumane way?

I mean, my grandfather has been a trapper for all his life, I understand that there are good reasons for hunting and trapping and that there are ways to do it sustainably and in balance with nature, but it seems that this is a really lazy, really cruel way to hunt.

That is my point.......and the reason I started this thread. Well that and I was wondering how the animal rights people will speak out this issue. There has to be a better, more humane way to cull these wolves.

This was published by NPR on 9/5. I checked NBC's website, got 0 hits. St. Peterburgs Times, 1 hit, it is a rerun of NPR"s broadcast, just in print. I must have short term memory problem today too. I coud not remember if they said People or US magazine. I checked both 0 hits.

It would real easy to get to the bottom of this. The Towns public records. Produce them. If they confirm it, I will give you an "Attaboy".

Even if she does support shooting wolves from planes. I don't think it will have an effect on our foreign policy in a positive or negative fashion.
