But I fear it is just legislation made on not really understanding a foreign religion properly and being over-sensitive for fear of offending muslims.

Insurance in most forms IS just a form of gambling on the future - and I'm aware that some muslims are very wary of breaking their laws governing money.

However - proper national healthcare is not gambling ... it is treating the country like a massive family where you just have to look after eachother because that's the way it is right? Yes - you do use money from the ones who can afford it! But isn't that the right thing to do anyway ... especially if you talk about yourself as a Christian. At least that's how the majority in the UK see it. There are so many conversations that I have here in the UK where we just end up looking at eachother blankly while talking about how healthcare is in the USA because we just can't understand how the people in the US can seem so uncaring about the people in society who cannot afford to pay medical bills - whatever the reason is for their inability to pay. Yes there are some far right wing dissenters here about the whole issue - but generally the consensus is that setting up our national health service was one of the best things this country ever did - no matter how flawed it was and is.

I'm pretty sure all these "us and them" thoughts are destructive and we should all endeavour to try only to think about "us"

What does this word mean? Dhimmitude

The word "Dhimmitude" is found in the new health care bill. So what does it mean...? Obama used it in the health care bill . Now isn't this interesting? It is also included in the health care law.
Dhimmitude . I had never heard the word until now, so I typed it into Google and started reading. Pretty interesting! It's on Page 107 of the Obama healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and, yep, it exists.....it is a REAL word.
Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslin populations conquered through jihad (Holy War). Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam!
ObamaCare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States !
Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured! Islam considers insurance to be "gambling," "risk-taking," and "usury" and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.
How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health insurance needs paid for by the de-facto government insurance.
Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. This is Dhimmitude.
American citizens need to know about it...... Every non-Muslim in the United States of America needs to know about it.
