Ever since somebody first clued me onto it, I have been on the bulletproof diet. Bulletproof coffee, grain fed lamb, and vegeteables. My energy is constant throughout the day - no post-lunch crash - which is very nice.

roteins:vegetables) as the bulletproof diet, just not as strict or structured. The goal is to keep carb intake to less than 20g a day. I've lost 15 lbs but seem to have stalled the last week or so. I've done a bit of research and it appears that I need to up my fat intake some more. Seems counter-intuitive but makes sense given the science behind the diet. I agree, no post-lunch coma is great and my energy levels are much higher than they used to be. The first week or so I was in a bit of a fog but after that I haven't felt better.
