Ummm! IMHO.... There was no difference here then in the classic "you like cigarettes" The only thing that was accomplished here was re-enforcing and creating more of an addiction.... peer pressure will prevail and the only thing now is he will want it more since you just put an overload of nicotine into his system... He has 2 choices either go through nicotine wihdrawl or continue..... Again peer pressure will prevail and you just re-enforced it along with making him a nicotine addict....
Nothing worse than being a hypocrite while shoveling snus in ur mouth.... They make the decisions not you... Sorry
BTW.. I agree he will just get better at hiding it....
LOL...you're stupid, but you're family..ahaha. I do agree that if he wants to continue, he'll get better at hiding it. Or at least he better :-)
BTW... I have already dealt with this nicotine subject with my 16 yr old daughter way back when and did all that... She is now 31 and just bought her the joytech ego c e cig and all that she needs with it to quit ciggs and has now been off ciggs for 2 months..... Not off nicotine, But now wants to step down... Of course being DX with MS had something to do with it along with her mother having a brain aneurysm, But hey if it works... I did try to get her to try snus, But we all know most females won't do it.... At least she tried it and didn't knock it.... Just wasn't for her ATM....

Hope she kicks the habit...I wish her well. Why not snus, my mother quit smoking after 40yrs using snus :-)
You know, what Rick did was right. Until that kid hits 18, Rick is legally responsible for him. I would have done the same thing with my teenager. True, he might hide it but I am not going to condone it.
I figured you'd know how to edit/amend an old post rather than double post, jagmanss. I guess that's why you have 10,000 posts, eh?
True, I do mostly post mostly these days in What's in your mouth, But when someone post something other than politics or something other then how bad northerner is I will respond and have helped out alot of people....
Rick, Take what I say as my personnel experience and knowledge in this matter or not... You can always go back to posting how great Northerner is... Which are the majority of your post....

I wouldn't have done that I don't think. Trolling kids is fun, but in the end it was just a waste of chew I could have used :^D
I'd likely just seize the contraband, then have a good talk why he shouldn't be chewing tobacco. It would largely focus on not being the government's or tobacco company's bitch. Lets be honest. Of all the things someone could do that aren't the best for health or happiness, oral tobacco is pretty low on the list. By getting addicted though, you're no longer your own master, and you're at the mercy of political/social change. I think that's the greatest threat with the whole thing.

I no longer work for them, so unless someone personally attacks Frank, I'll stay my comments.
I merely shared an experience from my life today, and you were quick to condemn it. I don't really care one way or another, because I don't care about you, but I do recognize your right to post whatever you want...so post away and enjoy yourself

So that's why Northerner is so screwed up right now.
Chewing is definitely not a new way of enjoying tobacco - it is a rather old tradition - but the new, modern Nordic Chew is more like snus than traditional chewing tobacco. It looks the same way as Swedish snus and comes in loose form or in portions. ...
I've been gathering together some information on this product recently and so I thought I'd share it incase it might be useful to anyone else that is looking to use the product. ...
OK, I've had this a couple of times before. It's been a while since I had some, and I went to the grocery today with the intent of getting some of that...
