Skell be careful with the zinc, it can cause you to lose your sense of smell. I think the stuff damaged my sense of smell. Some stuff called Zicam nasal swabs. It was recalled by the FDA.

Its just a vit sup in pill form I am taking, only once it started making itself known symptomwise, once its gone I stop, sense of smell has gone anyway due to the cold lol. Thanks for the heads up though mate.
