I think I'll take a stab at this... I've never homebrewed before. It's time consuming, but it sounds fun at the same time.

Hope you have plenty of toilet paper to hand! Every home brew I have had would make even the most constipated of people shit through the eye of a needle!

Sounds pretty good if you are into the honey beer. I cannot stand sweet or honey anything since cutting carbs/gluten. Going to try and make a gluten free Sorghum beer this weekend. Hoping it will taste a little better then the in-store offerings.

If not then there is always bourbon.

I am almost 100% certain my experiences were down to the person making the brew rather than home brewing itself, but fr those first few goes I would be prepared to get very well acquainted with the bog! LOL
