    I wonder how exactly are they able to measure the exact size of a planet that is not even in our galaxy.

      Maby it's not so accurate, but it gives direction. Still.

        They did not mention planets outside our own solar system. They can roughly tell the masses of planets around some of the stars in this galaxy by how much they make their parent stars wobble. There is no way in hell anyone can calculate the mass of a planet, or even discover one for that matter, outside this galaxy.
