Some Things Are Worth Paying Premium For...

There are some things worth paying a premium price:
    Good car battery
    Good bed
    Good work boots
    Good jeans
    Good snus
Good whiskey to celebrate, when your mother-in-law moves out of town...

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

      Also a notable mention..

Boy butter churn style. The churn style costs more is worth it.

Oh and F and T HDT snuff. One of the most expensive English toast but its so worth it.

        That's actually an interesting topic..

I work on my feet all day and for 21 years and work I always bought cheepish shoes since I wear through them so fast. I just bought a really nice pair of shoes for myself and I feel like a stooge :P

Comfortable as hell, look great and my feet don't hurt all the damn time.

Don't forget to throw tablets and computers on there too :P

Good thread. Things I never scrimp on:

Shoes, jacket and underpants - I save on t-shirts, shirts and socks
          Computer & phone - apple
Mattress - after all, I'm on it for 1/3 of my life
Snus - after all, I'm on it for the other 2/3

You can have it both ways by buying used. Quality goods, at a discount price. Let someone else take the depreciation ;^)

If it's fully functioning and does what it is intended for I don't mind buying used at all. Even clothes on the rare occasion. There was a neat store in Alabama called Unclaimed Baggage. You can tell by its name what they sold. It's amazing what some people leave behind.

I was a little underwhelmed at that place, but it was pretty neat. In 2008 my family and I drove down there for our annual vacation just because it sounded interesting! I'm a big fan of buying quality items used. Repurposing stuff is a top notch hobby to have

Used stuff rocks! Oh, but used snus, I think I'll pass on that. Good quality free stuff is also great.

Ha cool, which one did you go to? If it was in Boaz, AL that's where I used to live. Was there for a few years until my work moved to the gulf shores area. Then I moved there.
