Well..not to one up you Eric but I bought a single tomato a couple of weeks ago and planted 4 seeds..I now have 4 baby plants. So, if they continue to grow, I will be getting free tomatos in a few months. But for real..it is awesome to read about your savings! I have no excuse besides laziness to do the same thing!

Hey that's really neat! You can't beat home grown tomatoes. My wife does it to contribute as much as she can. My son was just recently diagnosed with Autism so we thought it was best for her to stay home with him for now. So in her free time she does research online on specials and deals. Like take for example the nail polish, they cost like 2.47 a piece. There was an in store coupon for 1 dollar and the paper had 2 dollars off. So 3 dollars off plus 53 cents average on our groceries. She sells extra coupons to other couponers as well. She really loves doing it, like a hobby, and it helps us. Some people make fun of it but I'm proud of her. My son cant talk yet and we are scared leaving him at a daycare facility. A worker could be abusive and we would have no idea. We have speech therapists that come to the house and occupational therapists as well. So this is something that keeps my wife sane ha. I'm glad she found an interest. I have that in snus and snuff.

        $20.00 for a feast for 3
        That's damn cheap.

A lunch here in Romania for 3/4 costs around $50/$70.

No coupons of any sort here though.

no need to get a coupon for diapers Eric. Heres a simple solution......thats reuseable too.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.
