5 hour energy? monster? red bull?

Starting tommorow I'm working an earlier shift and 10 hours again.. but three days off! Woohoo! I've been having troubles getting to sleep I'm guessing it's stress related. I've never got on the wagon deal for the energy shots, energy drinks etc.. and I wonder whats the best in your opinion.. I love coffee but I can't go for it in the heat we've been having tripple digits. I envy folks that can only get 4 hours sleep and be a chipper songbird in the morning. I understand I can work on my sleeping habits etc but I've tried. When I'm a little stressed nothing works.

Pretty much it is... Once you get addicted and can then sleep drinking this shit... there ain't much difference than smokin' Crack or being addicted to cigs... And Nobody can tell me different and if you think you can you are an addict.... Plain and simple.. That is all!

This, If it's early morning I go for the lemonade monster though. I also drink about 2 liters of diet soda a day.

2 liters of diet soda a day! Holy crap dude! You are an addict! Really You are... If you doubt me, try going without for 3 days to a week...

That is nothing. If you want day to day product, you have to step it up to the caffeine pills. A lot cheaper than buying the shots, and you can easily dose the pills to higher numbers. Yes, as a college student I have gone as far as 1250mg within 8 or so hours.

But that was during a hectic finals week so I give my body a rest and do go for one of those shots, my current favorite being the spike double shot since you are basically getting 2 servings....meh, I guess cheaper than buying two shots of 5 hour.

I don't want to go too much into detail, but careful with the dosing regardless of what you use....yeah, there is a certain point you reach where sleep is actually something you want more than anything, and you literally are just waiting for the caffeine to exit your system...lol, interesting, scary, but not really a fun experience.
