Give me a break, one is certainly entitled to their preference but good pizza is good pizza. No reason to insult every single pizza pie in a city with 1,000 places to get one. I've never been there, and I too prefer a thinner slice, but c'mon Chicago is famous for its pizza for a reason. How guay do you have to be to not get a ****in slice of deep dish in Chicago? lol

Roo, if you'll re-read my posts I said #1. get a slice #2. I don't like deep dish pizza #3. If you can't tell I actually live and travel in and around Chicago... by choice. I choose to live here! It's a great city StuKlu knows i'm just playin' around.

Try the pizza for sure! Go to the zoo, hit up the pier, stroll along lake shore, go to the skydeck, catch a show at the Metro. Ride the EL out to the burbs. Chicago is my kinda town.

Deep dish is meh.. it's not terrible I suppose. It's just not what I think a pizza should be. I lived on the east-coast (Maine) for most of my late teens & early 20's but the fiancee is from the mid-west so here we are.
